Common Questions

Why don't I see any data in my dashboard?

The dashboard aggregates data from all your tool activities. If you haven't run any audits, tracked domains, or generated content yet, the dashboard will be empty. Start by running a Website Audit or adding a domain to DeepSeeker.

How often does the dashboard update?

The dashboard updates in real-time as you use the platform. When you complete an audit, track a domain, or generate content, it appears in the dashboard immediately. You can also click the refresh button to manually update the data.

Can I compare multiple domains?

Yes, the Rankings section allows you to see all your tracked domains at once. For detailed comparison, you can toggle between domains using the dashboard header filter.

What if I have multiple accounts?

Each account has its own dashboard. Data is not shared between accounts. If you need to manage multiple accounts, you'll need to switch between them or use separate browser sessions.
